「My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.」

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...

「Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingrichtet und sehr sauber. Ich habe ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer in der 11. Etage mit Meerblick erhalten, mit Blick über die Bucht von Palma. Grandiose Aussicht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ablageflächen im Badezimmer ist schlicht nicht vorhanden.」

「2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near...

「Front desk staff were exceptional. Assisted us with any and all local inquiries. The rest of staff were extremely pleasant and friendly at all times. The room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Only one complaint is that there was no dresser to put clothes away. For our 5 day stay, the closet was insufficient. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from 」
