Every memelber of ataff from reception, bar staff, breakfast and maids were 10/10. Been staying in albufeira for 13 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. "

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the staff to the roof top pool, i dont have anything bad to say. We had a great time staying here, the location of the hotel was perfect. One thing that can be improved is the water from the shower leaking into the room. Apart from that had an amazing time staying here. Credit to the staff aswell for being very welcoming, would definitely go back again."

"Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again. "
