“The hotel was really run down and the swimming pool/leisure facilities - featuring what appeared to be rat traps and a crumbling ceiling - were really disappointing. This place could be lovely and has beautiful looking grounds but it is in desperate need of a refurb! Our family studio room was spacious but had stains on the walls/ceilings and bed linen, as well as well worn shower facilities. Unfortunately the fire alarm also sounded in the night and disturbed us.”

“優點：停車場頗大，自助check in & out方便。希望能改善的地方：預訂2間房間相距太遠，不方便。房間太近公路，有嘈音”

“酒店後面有supermarket ，非常方便，早餐好食😋酒店職員好friendly ”

“Updated Seven Hotel Guest Review Our double room was quite compact, with very little floor space to move around comfortably, and the double‑sized bed felt small too. The television was difficult to operate and did not include streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. We also noticed a persistent buzzing noise coming from within the room throughout our stay. Please note the hotel takes a £50 deposit for potential damages on check‑in. “Flea is all around in the room.”

“Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills.”

“Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. Restaurant closed before we arrived but the bar……

“Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing.”

“Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.”

“Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat.”

“Second time staying at the Ship and it was once again excellent. Really friendly staff, lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommend”
