“It is a beautiful property and the bar and pool on the rooftop is a wonderful experience. However, on our second night, we had a smell coming into our room from the AC and heating unit that was absolutely toxic. It’s smelled like burning, rubber or electrical wires burning. Every time the system came on the smell dominated the entire room. My wife and I were very concerned and felt very uncomfortable breathing the air. When I told the desk about it the next morning, they offered a $50 refund. I……

“Great place to stay property was super nice to have an adult only pool area room was nice and large, we did have an issue with a very noisy air conditioner in our room and had to move to another room but they were able to give us the room next to our room. Overall very nice.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
