“Staff very nice and helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the lake across the road (loved the hip retro alt rock music that was playing too). The whole place has a cool hip vibe. Was nice to have early morning free hot coffee available. Room was nice and very clean and comfortable. 1st floor patio off of the room faced the parking lot, so not that useful, but too cold when I was there anyway. Could hear evening parking lot noise (especially with the window open), but it was……

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“Upon arriving at the property, we noticed and were notified about construction being done on the rental unit. We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off.
