"Very clean and comfortable. One must get used to eco-friendly philosophy of the property, but very important for our planet. We all need to help using less energy and making more green house gases. The coffee and tea services were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and lots of good Japanese and Continental breakfast choices. "

"The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again. "

"Great location, excellent services, friendly staff. Only issue was that the floor I was staying is still under renovation and the lights at the hallway was all off, so pitched black at night. Hope the hotel fix it soon. Overall very good hotel, highly recommended. "
