“Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. “这是我在摩洛哥住过的最糟糕的一次体验。洗澡连热水都没有，没有被子，床很不舒服。马桶盖坏的，门关不严实，就像鬼片放的吱呀吱呀的响！最最重要的是没有停车场，没有电梯！开空调冷，关上又闷。在酒店吃饭没有菜单跟价格，我们点了一个鸡胸脯肉跟两小碗饭加两杯橙汁居然要313迪拉姆折合人民币220元。如果带行李的话建议大家千万不要选择这家酒店，因为停车的地方离酒店步行需要15分钟，而且路极其难走，更别提行李了！一晚住下来行李箱的轮子都报废了！小偷特多，手机不知觉中被偷，幸亏是苹果手机有定位功能，不然肯定找不回来！补充一点，特别特别是马桶后面的墙是空心的，只用了一个镂空的窗户坐阻隔，墙体里的结构清晰，特别像电影里的藏尸体的地方！要提的是法国老板人很不好，明明没有人住，却给我们一间最糟糕的房间，简直就是照骗！”

Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The location of this hotel is really hard for us to find. Fès Médina is the most difficult Médina in Morocco. We are lost in the Médina at mid night with large luggage. When we call the number of the hotel the man who answer the phone ask us to settle this problem by ourselves impolitely. But when we reached the hotel, the staff are friendly.
