“Honestly, id rate the stay at Chateau Renault 2.5. Ive paid less to stay at resorts in California and had televisions with bluetooth (or ihome's) and better service overall. The pool opens at 8 and closes at 8? Same for gym. If they were open later they would probably have a younger demographic stay. It was 90 degrees/daylight until 830/9ish and you cant jump in the pool to cool off. Wack. The day of check in, I called a few times and nobody answered my calls. I received a call back from front……

“Amamos mucho el lugar. Fui con mis amistades y su familia. Eramos 13 en total y todos estuvimos felices. La casa estuvo increíblemente cómoda para nosotros. La comunicación con la administración estuvo espectacular siempre contestaron y resolvieron todas nuestras preguntas. La cocina tenia todo muy administrado. Lo único que si me gustaría que arreglaran fuera que hicieran una limpieza mas profunda de la casa como tal ya que tuvimos que limpiar varias cosas que encontramos sucias. Pero todo lo……

“You have these beautiful rooms in a hotel that surely is not up to the standard of your rooms. There are groups of elevators everywhere but within those groups only one elevator works….this is truly a safety issue with the number of people staying there. We could not watch tv because the internet connection for the Roku tv would not hold. And last but not least, there weee sheets for the sofa bed but no blanket and not one to be found when I asked. I would think you would choose better……
