"The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Sherica was VERY helpful and made my check in effortless. That set the tone for a great experience. Wish we were here longer than one day but we will come here without hesitation. We had a wonderful balcony room. The view was AMAZING. Checkout was easy and communication to check to ensure we were comfortable was greatky appreciated. Kudos to this property for great customer catering and interaction. "

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"Everything was nice. Only thing i can say is the unit I stayed in was very pretty but the beds were not that comfortable. For the price i paid for the stay and the quality of the mattress was not great. Getting in was a headache had to call the 1800 number for help a lot of people were stuck at the gate because some issue on getting in."

"Very nice facility. Pools are nice and the fitness room is amazing. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. Will bring guests next time. Would be nice to have a bar by the pool, but there re plenty within walking distance. "

"The property as a whole as well as the unit itself was clean and updated with a great view. However, the staff and many of the guests were rude, disrespectful, and racist to say the least. My guest and I were singled out several times by staff members, my kids were uncomfortable and my spouse was ready to leave the property less than 3 minutes after checking in due to the negative energy and atmosphere. "Condo was nice but could use a few updates. Lights in the middle bathroom and bedroom were bad. Supplies were limited to the point of being ridiculous for price we paid. Pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days we were there which was really disappointing. Location was great!"
