"Modern, functional and at the same time elegant "

"Very convenient location, friendly helpful staff, clean, older building with reasonable modernizations, great if you like the charm of Old New York versus sterile modern big-name hotels. Good easy to adjust shower. Mini-fridge available on request, but no really good place to put it. It would be nice to have one built in, plus a small microwave oven and a real tea kettle -- not one of those horrible coffee pod machines."

"It was reasonable and small and the desk clerks all kind. Its a 3 story hotel surrounded ny a larger condominium complex/residences. Nice 14th floor roof deck shared with residences. "
