“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”

“Property was right across street from PNC park which was great. Parking was very limited due to construction next door. Was charged $27 a day to park the car and were told if we left to drive somewhere they wouldn’t guarantee a spot to park when got back so had to walk everywhere and not go places we wanted to see. Should let people know about parking. Other than that the property was great and staff were very friendly”

“warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. Pitts City, Not only One of the Top World’s Tech Innovation City, but also a Life Respecting……

“Pool was closed and filled with leaves. The structure was falling apart the owner and workers must be pocketing any profits because it obviously doesn’t go back into the establishment. When i booked it said complimentary breakfast but that was a lie! Which was the most irritating part bc i was hungry so i had to unexpectedly spend more money on breakfast. Wouldnt stay here again👎”
