"EXCELLENT! They realised during checkin that it was my son's birthday the next day and offered to upgrade our room and do a small surprise for him. When we left the next day and they did the room they left a piece of cake and a bday card. The 2nd day I went to breakfast the recwption said my wife is already inside so she recognised me. Many other details make it great and the staff make it EXCELLENT!"

"I had an urgency, i had to leave after the first night that my reservation was for 5 days. Reservations manager understood the issue and waived the extra fees. It’s very important and nice for them to arrange this. Thanks!"
