Appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto 250 euro di deposito..nelle condizioni c’era solo scritto 100 diram come visibile da screen shot. Alla fine mi hanno dato indietro 100 euro e i ladri si sono tenuti 150 euro per pulizia, tenete conto che io come da policy avevo persino raccolto in un grande sacchetto tutta l’immondizia prodotta. "非常に不満の多い旅になりました。2部屋（3ベットルーム×2部屋）の予約をしていましたが、到着後、手違いで2部屋中1部屋に宿泊出来ないと言われて、3人の部屋に無理やり5人宿泊する羽目になり大変な思いをしました。 翌日にもう一部屋準備すると言ってその場を立ち去りましたが、翌日に連絡がない状態で、対応が非常に悪いと感じました。 2部屋のうち1部屋にはヘアードライヤーがなく、用意してらしいという要望にも直ぐには対応がなく、この対応では悪い評価にするというと、直ぐにヘアードライヤーを持ってきました。 そのような対応もあり、不満の多い旅となりました。"
