“This is a great location. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. The staff was amazing. They cleaned the room everyday even though I didn’t really require it. Grandpa (me) messed up and didn’t book the room for my full stay. So when on my last day in the Springs I could not get the elevator to work I had to go to the lobby and learn that I only paid for 3 days not the 4 I thought I booked. Luckily it was not sold out and they made it easy for me to stay another night. I will stay……

“The breakfast prep person is what makes the breakfast work. She keeps the food freshly turned around so there is plenty of everything and she makes sure that the coffee is hot and fresh. Also keeps the guest in line to put their dishes away. A hard job well done, especially for being able to get the stuff ready for 6am”

“We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. So just be sure that you put your order in the night before on time! We were still able to call in our order in the morning and it……
