"It was our first time in White Rock and the Ocean Promonade Hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect for walking and going over to the water, lots of places to eat, also all walking distance, the rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean, nicely updated, equip anything you might need and the views are amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, parking was super easy and cheap in comparison to most hotels. We felt very safe here. The only thing I will say, it's not a brand new property therefore does NOT have soundproof rooms even though that is one of the features it boasts. You can hear your neighbors around you, not so much you can't sleep but enough that if loud enough it can wake you up. However, that did not hinder our stay at all, we will definitely be back! This was a perfect anniversary trip thanks to our stay! "
