It was spotless and very well equipped - towels, sheets, kitchen equipment, books, toys, bikes, washer/dryer, you name it - and everything worked as it's supposed to. Hosts respond to questions very promptly and are very accomodating. Great location. Plenty of good restaurants and conveniences. "

"If you are thinking of renting this home, do not hesitate. Brian and Andrea’s home has everything you need to have a great time. We were able to give my mom a very special and memorable 75th birthday party with her nieces and cousins. Everyone enjoyed the home. To be able to host everyone with their own room bathroom and tv was a blessing. The space is top notch for celebrating the ones you love. Respect the house and the neighbors and you’ll have a great time. Brian made me feel like an old friend and I really can’t express my gratitude enough. He was just a phone call or text away when I had questions. Oh I forgot to mention the AC skyline from the roof top deck, absolutely gorgeous. Shame our visit was during the snow storm and in January. I can only imagine what it’s like during the warmer months. The pictures of the home are just as expected. Excellent taste in the furnishings and decor. "
