“If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.”

“The soundproofing was poor. I had already paid when I booked online, but I needed to pay a deposit with a credit card when I checked in. However, they actually used my card to deduct the room fee again, which was equivalent to me paying twice. At first I thought I had made a mistake and that the fee would be refunded to me, but in the end I didn’t get a single point back.”

“Hotel was great as always. We stay here often when in town. Staff at the desk were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. ”

“Booked a king bed. But they sent me a twin bed room and refused to change room. The bedding were unclean and they were not dry.”

“Dont like this condo style, I actually am looking for more business style. The room is somehow with all kinds of smell. The yard lights are not on even at night (only until very late) I could not get to the room easily”
