One thoughtful touch is that the hotel provides a shower room for guests with late flights, which is really convenient. If I visit Dubai again, I will definitely stay here again! ”

“Staff approached us immediately when seeing us entering the hotel. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and room was offered approx 30 mins after check in. We have joined a day tour which require a print out of attraction tickets and staff has assisted us on that. Extended check out was allowed upon request with no problem. Very pleasant experience.”

“Very clean room. Housekeeping was not very efficient changing the daily toiletries aand I had to ask for them every time. Reception staff extremely helpful. Room Service was not very efficient and the food served was cold.”

“Nice stay in this hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a two bedrooms apartment. It’s very nice to have a small kitchen. Everything is clean and comfortable. The service is good and organized. The hotel is near two metro station with 5-10mins walk. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby.”

“Limpeza ok, só limpam o básico. Equipe sensacional, sempre prestativos e atenciosos, presam muito pela boa reputação. Café da manhã é gostoso, tem bastante opção, mas para mim haviam muitas coisas que não encaixavam no paladar, mas mesmo assim conseguimos comer bem. Hotel é lindo”
