「Excelente hotel」

「This had to be the worst places we have ever stayed as far as the upkeep of the hotel. There was no upkeep. The staff, however, was very nice. It was basically a derelict building with signs stating it was going to be rezoned. The doors didn’t work properly, we got locked out of our room twice. The second time it took nearly two hours to get back in and we had to change the time of our dinner reservations. They changed us to a larger “suite” which was not any better than the original...

「I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown.
