「This might be a little long but For the price I paid I expected better from MARRIOTT. The staff was pleasant but not very helpful with the issues-they were doing their best but seems their hands were tied.
First the PROS- the hotel is in a great central location in this area of Birmingham. Its within walking distance to many event venues and places to eat. The area seems safe to walk around.
