“Everything The Spa in my opinion was very dangerous under foot when wet, I slipped and fell , fortunately I did not need treatment. I was told to use the slippers is had been provided with but they were worse. In my opinion as I said above it is a disaster in the waiting for some poor sole”

“Very nice six night stay. Temperatures were 35-40 but the A/C in the room was fantastic. Peak season but never an issue getting a spot by the pool or on the beach. Enormous amount of loungers and sun beds. Service was top notch. Free self parking. Good breakfast. Food at lunch and dinner was good. I was very happy but not getting five stars because there was mold in the bathroom. Need to take room numbers off the room key cards as a safety matter.”

“to be five-star. The staff were generally unwelcoming and often impolite; hardly anyone smiled, and even the most basic level of service you would expect from a three-star hotel was missing. There is only one restaurant, which they say needs to be booked in advance, making the whole experience unnecessarily complicated for hotel guests. We also felt that local Albanian guests were treated noticeably more warmly than foreign tourists, which left a very unpleasant impression. The facilities are……

“Ho soggiornato per un paio di giorni ad agosto 2026 in questo hotel di Saranda, struttura nuovissima e pulitissima, gestita da uno staff giovane e gentile. Camere ampie e moderne con aria condizionata ma importante la scelta della posizione: le camere con vista mare parziale e balcone affacciano su un palazzo di diversi piani con balconi quindi poca privacy se si sta seduti fuori e rumore di chi telefona, parla, mangia; di fronte al mio balcone una famiglia di 8 persone che trascorreva parte……

“La propiedad estaba immaculadamente limpia, el apartamento olía muy bien, las toallas estaban muy limpia y olían bien rico. Las camas muy cómodas y todo era muy silencioso, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado, estuvo perfecto para nuestra estadía, y todo relativamente cerca, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado. No dudaría volver a quedarme allí. Y el dueño super atento y muy amable.”
