“This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.”

“Great place. Perfect for family of three or 4. Location was good for our purpose. Not the nicest area of the city but close to lots of attractions. ”

“Our host was very helpful with check in and with other details. The unit was spotless and within easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the Mill Creek hiking trails.”

“We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy.”

“We stayed here to help our son move from university. This suite is clean and has a lovely little kitchen area where we made coffee and breakfast. The internet access was easy to link onto and fast. The bathroom has good shower pressure, shampoo & body wash and plenty of towels. Appreciated the in-suite laundry so we could wash a load of laundry before we travelled home. ”
