"The bathtub was terrible. It needed reglazing, the surround was coming off the wall, the shower curtain would not open completely so water was getting all over the floor. And there was no hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. And the elevator was a bit scary it seemed old and the doors took a minute or two to open. "

"One little bottle of shampoo/conditioner and one tiny bar of soap for two guests, one partially used roll of TP that ran out. Parking was good, A/C was good, and room was clean. No microwave in room though."

"Very nice, overall really good. But if you have a big truck/ trailer situation going on parking is VERY difficult and they will not valet park it for you!"

"Hotel Chaco itself was outstanding—beautiful design, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. The only disappointment was our dining experience at LVL 5. We had a 9:45 PM reservation, but upon being seated were told the kitchen would close at 10:00 PM. The rushed pacing was evident, as we were asked to decide on desserts almost immediately after placing our entrée order. The pricing also felt inflated, with entrées about $10–15 higher than expected for the quality. While the terrace views are fantastic and worth a visit, we wouldn’t recommend LVL 5 for dining."

"Couldn't have been any better. Well appointed room and amenities. The room itself faced the most beautiful mountain range and landscape. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was in line for a similar rooms of its size. The casino was amazing and on site restaurants were great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back."
