"Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. When I reported this to staff I was told air conditioning went out day before. While I appreciate this is outside the control of the staff at check in I would have like to have been advised air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Otherwise property was great and staff were very helpful."

"My room was great, clean and quiet. Outside the hotel was a man going thru the trash looking for food, made me sad. I found the desk clerk that checked me in was professionally polite, but not friendly. After a bit of begging on my part, I old and I was tired from driving, he did get me a room at 3:45. The other desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The lobby and halls were very clean. "

"The room was ok. The washer drier was literally across my room. I heard it all night. The room had a chair that had a big tear on it. It was a turn off. The noise level was awful. I heard the next room, the man snored like a bear and I heard the alarm. I would never stay here again."

"Our room was very clean and really cute. Staff was great too for check in and out. The only downside was there was no elevator for all our heavy luggage so be sure to ask if you can get a room downstairs if needed. "
