Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. "I, along with my 16 year old son along with my dad, made the trip to Townsend for the Bronco Super Celebration. This place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean. Great location. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars."

"My daughter and I came to Knoxville for UT Admit Day and this property completely fit everything we needed! The beds are so comfortable, everything was so clean and inviting. It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter asked to book again for her orientation this summer and when we move her into her dorm. We will definitely be choosing this property again!!!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoy our stay! The check in was seamless with their app and the digital key. The location is fantastic with a close driving proximity to campus and downtown, or a super quick uber ride. The space was fantastic! 3 well appointed bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and linens. "We stayed in this condo for a weekend getaway. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and check in and check out were easy with good instructions from the host. The bed was comfortable and there were ceiling fans and a fan on a stand which we like to use at night. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. Would definitely book this condo again!"

"We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch. Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival. The master suite was very nice!"

"The Beyond Blessed cabin was great cabin to stay in. Rod the owner was very informative and very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed the nice gated community and the quietness of the neighborhood. We saw a few wildlife animals and enjoyed the over our time at the cabin. Everything was very close. Definitely am planning on rebooking in the future."
