“Helpful staff. Great food in restaurant..”

“Large room with see view. Free parking but far away to the city. The food in the restaurant is good but the waiter unhappy because I order the special price dinner set. It should be influence the overall performance.”

“New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.”

“Un magnifique hôtel dans le quartier Cabanyal à Valence. Notre chambre était joliment décorée et suffisamment spacieuse pour deux personnes. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits. En hiver il est très facile de stationner gratuitement à proximité de l'hôtel. Un hôtel qui sert gratuitement le petit déjeuner à ses clients c'est rare. L'hôtel Casa Bassa le fait et c'est très appréciable. En plus les plats proposés pour le petit déjeuner étaient des excellents. Rien a dire concernant l'accueil à la réception……

“I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
