「Great service, clean and tidy room even with a dishwasher, well equipped kitchenette」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they patiently answered all my questions and assisted with any issues I had, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the Underground and train stations, making it very convenient to get around. In addition, there is a large shopping mall nearby along with many great restaurants, which made dining and shopping very enjoyable. Overall, I would...

「The room is good. The breakfast is normal and the coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, need to order additionally.」

「The room was generally clean, and the kitchenware was sufficient. Areas for improvement included Wi-Fi connectivity issues, a broken TV (which lasted three days), and the air conditioning requiring a 15-minute wait before it returned to normal; staff followed up but it wasn't fixed. On my last night, I stayed in an apartment on the 11th floor. The room had a wall blocking the view, which the receptionist /staff should be notified the guests prior arrange the room as it is not worth such higher...

「Nice with family and standard breakfast」

「Overall, the room is clean and comfortable except the outdoor environment is very dirty.」

「Very nice and helpful, breakfast and coffee are good」

「People at reception is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is alittle far from London downtown (30mins by tube). It also takes about 30~45 mins to King's Cross Station and Paddington Station. Moreover, the quality of breakfast should be improved.」

「The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower.」

「Great location for Stratford Stadium. Clean room. Fan also to keep cool.」

「需要走一個長而窄的樓梯上房，行李很重，很累, 從火車站到酒店路程遠，而且沿途凹凸不平，不適合大中行李的旅客」

「Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy...
