「Nice staff」

「This property looks better on photos than in real life! Thermostats were locked and no way to adjust room temperature. Property has signs of a recent refresh however not a quality one.」

「Find easy and good environment」

「Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us」

「A peace environment. I was lucky having an off street car park only 30 m away from hotel. There is 24 hour hotel reception. 」

「Overall the hotel facility is good, the housekeeping quality could be improved. 」

「breakfast was good」

「The staff are very nice and the hotel is near from the metro also close to Vatican if you want to walk from the hotel. 」
