“I booked this room at the last minute and was not disappointed. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.”

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“Was a little hesitant because it was so cheap! But it was great! Rooms are clean and the whole hotel is clean. Easy access to many restaurants and highway. Mini golf course right across the street and a Casey’s gas station that you can walk to. I have only one complain. Not even a complaint just a suggestion It’d be nice to have a full body mirror. That’s all. If our band is iGrand Rapids again next year we are staying here again for sure!”

“I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. Especially as my room was two doors away from the back door. Staff was great, breakfast was fair,……

“Breakfast had fixings for burritos- very good. They were asphaling the parking lot so parking was confusing. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well……
