“Check-in time was listed as 1pm. Got there at 11am and was told might be able to get a room by 1pm. Went in person at 1pm and was told none available wait till 3pm. Checked in at 3pm got a room. Went into the room the floor was very dirty was not swept/mopped properly. There was animal poop under the couch. There were no bedsheets pillows blankets or anything for the pullout bed. There were only two lights in the room located in the kitchen. The thermostat kept changing temps on its own. The……
