"This property did not disappoint! No detail was spared in making this the perfect spot for comfort and relaxation. And the views! The property was designed and situated to take advantage of panoramic scenery. Our fisherman were especially appreciative of the private boat ramp and dock. There were 3 couples and we all commented that you couldn’t go wrong with any of the 3 bedrooms….all 3 were comfortable and had their own baths. We will definitely stay again if back in the area. Awesome trip!"

"The house was even better than anticipated! The owners thought of everything one might need when staying with a group. We cooked, grilled, swam, fished, canoed, kayaked, slept in the hammock, gathered around the firepit -- and had a fantastic experience. The location is picturesque on the shores of Lay Lake. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and incredibly accommodating. We can't stop talking about our time there and hope to go back again next year!"

"Fisherman this is a great house. House is located midlake and can accommodate 3 boats though one will have to have 100ft cord to charge batteries. Ramp is a bit to steep for bass boat launching but Lincoln ramp is 13 minutes away and other further south are within 20 minutes. If we ever come back to LM this will be the first place i check. Beds were great, home had everything we needed for a week away from home. 100% book this!"

"Had a wonderful Talladega Alabama experience. Keith And Sherry were so accommodating and welcoming. The room off their home was really lovely ! My husband went to the races I enjoyed with my border collie local strawberry picking, hiking around the Alabama state local park, unique experience of the owner of juju restaurant opening her doors up and making us a locally sourced delicious burger… The people are so kind in Alabama …..it’s amazing!"

"This place is the best we’ve stayed at. Screened back porch with fans and a grill. Parking for 2 trucks and boats. Lots of room and a great size kitchen. Lots of yard space. Theres a pier with a boat lift too."

"Exactly what we hoped for. Wish we would have had more time than 2 nights. Did some fishing off the dock, enjoyed the peacefulness of the yard and the lake. Driveway is very steep but we knew this ahead of time so no issues."

"House is unique - nice furnishings, comfortable, charming interior. Beautiful views of the lake. Lots of stairs to get to the house and lots of stairs getting down to the water. AC wasn’t working. Knob of main bath shower fell off so we had to use the guest bathroom for showering."

"The house is very large. The bedrooms were nicely decorated & were spacious (except the small one on the main level.) Bathrooms were a pleasant superise - nice showers, tubs and heated toilet seats, which were great during the cold weather.The living areas of the house were great! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Two refeigerators were very handy. The closed in porch is wonderful - kids and grown ups loved spending time there. We even managed to prepare a full Thanksgiving...
