「Great location. Great access to Shin-Osaka Station and Midosuji Line. Very nice Isakaya arround. Live neighborhood at the same time the apartments are very quiet. The only negative was the laundry machine. It was quite dirty inside and didn't wash the clothes properly but was very handy to have one in the room. You can hung your clothes to dry otside or in the washroom turning on the drying setting on the vent. (3 to 4 hours was enough to completely dry our clothes)」

「訂房後請務必與業者聯絡，才能取得入住相關訊息。 格局兩房一廳一衛浴，附有小廚房，房間都是雙人床。 入住期間正好遇到業者在清理打掃同樓層的另一間住房，清潔程度相當令人滿意跟放心。 生活機能佳，步行約200公尺就到達天神橋筋商店街(天一)。 交通還算方便，步行約500公尺抵達南森町站。」
