“We recently stayed at your farm on the 31st December
Whilst we loved the location and easy check in, we arrived at just gone 5pm and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, we do not think it had been cleaned at all since the last guests and likely longer than that.
In usual cases we would have let someone know, but as the cleanliness was several major things and not a quick fix, we didn’t want to ruin New years eve by not having a room and a staff member having to come do what was……

“This cottage has a really nice vibe very clean and ideally situated for visiting Thirsk and the local communities.
The market square is a few short steps away
The railway station is a pleasant 30 minutes walk away, but it does have a bus service if the weather is not too good
The cottage is spread over 3 storeys and is modern kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and sitting/living room is 1st floor and bedroom top floor. We had a nice break and would consider visiting again.
