"The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). "The location, beach access and view from home was amazing! The home was decently stocked, but some needs some small improvements. The faucet in the shower needs replaced & the sink is rickety in the bathroom. There were ant bait traps all over the home, and we saw a few ants. The main concern is the entrance to the home.
