"Our stay was a complete nightmare. The so-called “Pine Room” should never be rented out at the premium rate we paid. From 4:30–5:00 am, the noise from the reception and kitchen staff was so overwhelming that sleep was absolutely impossible. Imagine paying for a night in a hotel and being kept awake as if you were trying to rest in the middle of a busy train station.
