「Super noisy bathroom exhaust and heating fan in the room. Bed is too high. Lack of basic supply such as tooth brush. No place to sit for breakfast. 」

「The room was updated, spacious and clean. It was conveniently located to the highway and to the downtown area. We were surprised at the quality for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again.」

「After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.」

「Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!」

「The tile in the bathroom was terribly discolored and the shower curtain was awful. Breakfast does not started until 7 on the weekend and it was late. We had to eat what was available.」

「We were there for 2 nights. We did not have a good meal at all. The first night I had the $48 steak and my husband had the risotto. I asked for medium and it was Cooked well done. My husband’s meal wasn’t cooked all the way. The rice was crunchy. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Once you get your food you never see them again. I didn’t feel comfortable complaining to them because they just looked unhappy. The next night we tried the burgers thinking you can’t mess that up to much. It...

「The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet.」
