「The room was tiny, not the same as the pictures. TV was tiny. No room to move or open a suitcase. Not worth the money! 」

「Three night trip up north coast and Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff member was welcoming. We reserved a family room for four at nearly $540 per night. Bringing our 9 lb dog added another $150, plus a resort fee that was supposed to cover amenities like the gym, coffee, and pastries. However, when we went for coffee at 9 a.m., we were told it ended at 8 a.m., which felt intentionally cheap. We ended up paying another $30 for three coffees at the bar, where the service was...

「While the view is spectacular and on the surface the room was ok, there are maintenance issues. The fire place in the room we booked did not work, the faucets leaked and needed tightened, you couldn’t have just the room light on without the fan. The fan chain was not there, the light chain could not be reached unless you were 5’5”. Definitely not worth the money we paid! 」
