“My room was clean and comfortable. My room rate was above what was quoted due to an issue with my confirmation number not showing up. So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location.”

“I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all……

“We loved our stay at the Calderwood. Tried several Wilson wineries in the area and had great experiences at them all. Enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast and learning about their favorite restaurants and wineries. Quiet, comfortable room in a charming house with a great front porch.”

“The rooms were loud from the ambient noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep because of this. The property was adequate, but I’ve stayed at several properties in the Healdsburg area and this is significantly overpriced for what you get. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area. ”

“We loved the staff at H2 hotel! They were very kind and helpful - gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was great - could choose healthy free continental or more hearty paid menu. We loved that they had free bikes, free latte/breakfast option and free valet parking. No nickel and diming. ”

“We had awful experience We first got a room that reeked like vomit The carpet was filthy . We went to reception and got moved to a better room. Carpet was also dirty stained. Airconditiner did not work properly. Coffee maker also had issues. Beds were comfortable and towels clean. This hotel advertises „exceptional breakfast” , it is far from truth Coffee express machine did not work. Also there supposed to be a pool and jacuzzi. Aparantly they never had it there. Locals call this hotel……
