“At 4am the tenant from the connected house(which we didn't know about) was blaring on her hornin the road out front yelling to move out vehicles. She threatened to tow our vehicles and block us in. The night before, I tried to contact the host to find out where we were supposed to park. And he never got back to us. There was hair on the wall and the bathroom and one of the coffee cups and drinking glass had grime and coffee all over it. The blanket that was draped over the back of the couch……

“AC was not working. Took a while to get one brought in. Owner was nice but just time we were there the furnace was broken. I like the house and the location but it needs some work. The outside is dirty, the outside trash cans were overflowing. The shower head was not very good. There's no hair dryer. Maybe I'm too picky but....”

“The overall property on the outside was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was smooth. The lobby was small but clean and smelled good. The guest room was cleaned. It needs to be updated on the carpet and bathroom. The tub and shower walls were peeling of paint and the sink was too low even for a short 5'1" person. The air conditioning was strong, so with the toilet flush. The water flow in the shower was weak. Gas station and a chinese restaurant next door.”
