"All of the staff were excellent, the pool area was great, the bed was comfortable, and the airport shuttle was very convenient!"

"Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 7pm. We were given a free drink as a result. The room smelt strongly of stale sweat, damp and mould. The shower grouting looked mouldy. We complained to the reception and they sent up a cleaner who simply sprayed air freshener. They moved us to a larger room which was better. Staff were all friendly and nice. Free shuttle to the airport. "

"The room was clean but hot because the AC only works when the key is inside the key holder. There was a repair going on at the hotel. The drilling noise was annoying. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. Our room needed remodeling."

"This I’m my 3rd time staying at Grand Centre. I travel for work, so I don’t use the pool. However I can say that the staff is always welcoming and the breakfast is quite good. Nice location attached to mall, so convenient to pick up forgotten items or to have a coffee. I recommend."

"Breakfast was great, beautiful pool area & gym..the free airport shuttle was the thing that made me book the hotel as i was 2am when i landed. The shuttle was there by exit 5 lady' in a pink jacket with all the hotels on boards. So its easy to find. Only takes 15 minutes max"
