「I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. 「The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.」
