“Aruba is the best vacation I've ever been on. The hotel resort & beach are breath taking. The staff were very polite & friendly. The food was excellent but pricey as I didn't book an all inclusive package but it was still well worth it. I highly recommend booking an excursion to Depalm Island. You can rent cabanas and eat and drink for for free within that package deal. If you're looking to get away and go on a relaxing vacation.. look no further and book The Hyatt Regency Hotel. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. The swim up bar balcony and was my favorite place to relax. I will be back soon for another vacation and relaxation.”
