“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“I chose TRYP because I wanted an adults-only hotel, and my experience was exactly what I wanted. The location is perfect. TRYP is very close to Palm Beach and the restaurants and nightlife of Palm Beach road. The day time is so quiet, it's nice to walk around and enjoy what feels like a "regular day" on vacation. I had a couple of late nights and both were very, very fun times. The beach is so close and it was wonderful having a designated spot for TRYP guests. I wish that I'd had more beach……
