“Mae sure when you reserve a room to contact property if you want a beach front room. There are rooms that have rocks on the beach and there is no way to get into the water!! Check-in took a while due to several people checking in at the same time and only one staff at the counter. The food was absolutely amazing for all inclusive!!”

“The resort was very well maintained, the bell men were very friendly, the staff in the restaurants were not as friendly, I am thinking that they don’t like the “all inclusive “ guests were not liked too much. If you didn’t put your towel down at either the pool or an umbrella on the beach first thing in the morning, good luck getting a chair at all.”

“The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved.”

“Personally, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is charming; the apartments themselves are beautiful well-appointed, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The beach is lovely while not considered *the* absolute best, it is certainly beautiful and Eagle Beach (ranked among the finest in the world) is just a five-minute walk away. There are plenty of pools, bars, and restaurants available. It is well worth a visit and, above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous.”

“Room was decent, a bit out dated. Staff was friendly. Amenities are nice, except it can become very crowded. It is located in a lively area so I wouldn’t recommend for people who don’t like a lot of noise. Our room was located near the club across the street and we could hear the music all night. It’s in a great location with restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby. The beach sand was a little more rocky than I expected but it’s probably because there is a lot of foot traffic. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
