“The private island and flamingos was a highlight! ”

“Beautiful beach with palm trees and palapas. Although you can only get a palapa if you go down there at 6am. Room was very nice. Disappointed with food. 6 day stay - only ate 1 breakfest 1 dinner 1 lunch at the property. Drinks were served in very small cups, assuming they want you to make more trips to bar so you tip more. ”

“First the good parts: the hotel staff was excellent, as was our room and the two pools. Everyone was attentive and friendly at all times. We would not return, partly due to personal taste and partly due to issues with the hotel itself. First, the neighborhood is loud and busy; not bad in and of itself, but not what we were looking for. If you're in search of a chill vibe, this is not your place. Beach access from this hotel is very poor. It's a long walk to the hotel's reserved area, and when……

“I had a great stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again.”

“Rather mixed experience for our stay. Restaurants had delicious food and great live music every night, but service was hit or miss. Several problems with our stay - we had a $600 resort credit, which the property only honored $25 of at checkout, there were never enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach, several umbrellas and covers at the pool were groped so they wouldn’t stay up, and the pools and jacuzzis were completely unheated so too cold to enjoy. These problems might have been tolerable……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The Hilton was great once again. I’m 81 and they put us in the Main building rm 1305 it was fabulous, so nice easy for me to move around. The staff is the very best. ”

“You will enjoy Eagle Aruba has 3 pools one for kids and adults. one for adults and one for both. you can enjoy hot tub as well as a kids hot tub. middle adult pool has a full bar lounge chairs and tables in the pool you have a band playing they do games have happy hours. Rooms are clean with kitchenet you can walk to the grocery store. beach is 4 min away walk through the other resort La Cabana which has a casino if you like to gamble. you can eat at both places and have happy hour a La Cabana ……

“Excellent place to stay especially with a baby. They were super accommodating, the beach is right across the street, there is a kiddie pool and passions is an amazing restaurant. ”

“My room smelled sooo bad. It smelled like a dog was in the room prior to me occupying it. I called the front desk multiple times in which they tried to resolve the issue by spraying the floors with a freshener. That solution worked for all is 15 minutes. I was just shocked that the Ritz Carlton’s rooms smelled bad especially since the hotel was known for having a really nice fragrance. ”
