“very nice location, with very nice people running it”

“My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. Everything was as described in the reviews-friendly and helpful staff and decent accommodations. Just a 5 minute……

“The only two issues that we had were there was no hot water in the shower and the tv remote did not work, I was told someone would bring me one but that never happened. Overall great place!”

“TJ and Joelly were excellent hosts. Villas Mar and Sol fit our needs-decor up to date, very clean. Pool awesome. Would revisit again!”

“This property is in the gated Tierra del Sol community, which was important to us for safety reasons. The location is perfect - close to local beaches and great dining. Property owner supplied beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The place itself was clean and comfortable inside and out. The best feature was the giant private pool, great for rest and relaxation. Only things missing were a dishwasher and washer/dryer.”

“Our host (who lives next door) was very accommodating. The space itself (an art gallery that’s closed during your stay) is beautiful.”
