Eric and staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed, sorting out transportation and advising where to get food, and they added to the sense of security. "This is NOT a real property! They just put these pictures up and took our money. Then they said it was booked, I had a VRBO rep on the phone, and was told he had a better property, costs more, but we'd get at at the same price. Then I find out the property isnt on VRBO, but your rep didn't tell me that. It was a dump. This is the second time I've had issues with your company and the second time I've used you. You're ripping people off and I plan to contact the CEO when I get back, as well as the State Attorney General."
