The studio is really cute and seemed to be recently renovated. Very good use of space. Location was terrific and a quick 5-10 min walk anywhere in downtown Aspen. The host was fantastic to work with… always available and kind. My only two areas for suggestion would be to get rid of the Murphy bed and just put a bigger bed in the unit. There is plenty of room for a king bed with a bed frame. The current bed is pretty small for two adults and I had a difficult time staying asleep/feeling like I was going to fall off. And, the second would be to invest in a larger and nicer TV. We spent 4 days there and would have been nice to have been able to watch a movie one night, but we elected to use our laptop. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely come back with a larger bed available.

I want to start off by saying the staff at SkyRun were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. That being said, the apartment felt very neglected and pretty gross. The sheets were stained, the dish-ware was dirty, and the towels shed. While the cleaning people came back that day and re-cleaned the apartment, it seems like far too much money to be spending to show up to a dirty apartment. Besides the cleanliness, the apartment felt very un-lived in for the reasons following: 1. There is no need for a murphy bed in such a big unit, and it was, as others have mentioned, similar to a sleeping on futon or pullout couch. 2. There was no dresser in the unit or any drawers at all to keep clothes, which was a hassle to live out of my suitcase for a 10 day trip 3. The TV is comically small. Basically a computer monitor. And not functionally positioned to watch while on the couch or in bee. Overall, the unit has such potential, but it’s not quite there yet. I hope they can fix these issues at this price level.

The accommodations were high end and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. The host went above and beyond to make sure my trip went well going above and beyond the accommodations and was always available on the phone. I was in town for work and they gladly answered questions I had about related to the convention I was working at. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy efficiency. It is a perfect size for 2 people and the small kitchen space is cleverly organized. The apartment is fresh and clean, tastefully decorated. We enjoyed netflix.

Ziska was a very accommodating and flexible host. The unit was perfect for our needs and close to everything. Even with the pool unavailability she made arrangements for us to use the St. Regis pool and spa which was a great respite after the days activities.

The owner is very pleasant. This is a great location near downtown restaurants etc. Can't beat the price. The building is approx 30 years old, but very clean and well-maintained. The photos are accurate--the owner painted a few rustic murals at the entrance. The rest of the studio has a bit more modern clean feel. I would stay here again.
