We had a great stay here. The condo was very modern and comfortable. We especially liked the heated floors and the fireplace. Location was great as we were able to easily walk downtown and to the main ski lift. I would definitely stay here again.

Up to date 2 bedroom condo. Well appointed kitchen. Wood burning fireplace. A lot of the switches were labeled which made things easy. Easy walk to downtown Aspen & John Denver Sanctuary. I was there in off season so I can’t speak about the ease of getting to the slopes. Master bedroom has a window that opens out to the roaring fork river so you can go to sleep to the sound of the river if that is your thing. Everything from check in to check out was easy. The host checked on me virtually through VRBO to make sure things were good. 1 parking spot is included. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or couples or even a family of 4.

This Aspen property was even better than advertised! It was in the perfect location, very comfortable and well stocked with everything we might have needed. Ali was a great host. Very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property!

Colorado Getaway

This property is fantastic. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Quiet location with 2 walking paths right out the front door. Easy stroll to a grocery store, cafe and downtown Aspen. Even in cooler weather, a drink or meal on the deck with a rushing river just below was a great way to start or end the day. Definitely, a 5-star property.

Spotless, appeared newly renovated, tasteful decor, high quality bedding and towels (my personal pet peeve), equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful riverside stay in a quiet neighborhood, including plenty of firewood for the fireplace. Mostly materials that do not retain allergens (another pet peeve). Great (and unusual) to check in and have zero issues with the property.

Fantastic view directly on the river, walking distance to everything!

This is an absolutely beautiful and elegantly furnished condo overlooking a stunning portion of the river, and yet within walking distance to a grocery store, all of the downtown restaurants and hotels and its location on the cul-de-sac with a little river trail is just extraordinary. Shopping is so close. The condo itself is absolutely well stocked. It has everything you need for entertaining cooking all the way down to the beautiful champagne glasses! The property host is immediate with her responses, and just was so hospitable and really lovely! I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back. Thank you!

Anniversary

This was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed the location… it’s proximity to downtown and right on the banks of the roaring fork river. The property has everything - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen (great for cooking) and a cozy fireplace. We hope to come back with our kids!
