“The rental was very clean. A very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. A very nice place for money. Especially like the no pet policy. The only improvement would be is for the neighbors next to driveway to do some outdoor cleanup. Time permitting it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the available fire pit and grill. “The building is super cute and nice! We walked everywhere, no need to drive and so many places to visit steps away! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the bedding especially smelled amazing and is so soft. I recommend the third floor, as you hear every squeaky step with it being an older building. I will be going back and highly recommend giving it a try!”

“This is a nice apartment surrounded by other rental units. There is adequate seating, and the beds are comfortable. There were four of us staying for 3 nights, and I wish there had been more than 2 large towels provided, and ice trays and baking sheets for cooking, but other than that, we had everything we needed. Thanks!”

“It was all it said and having the parking pass was a plus. So nice to have the river walks close, in addition to be in walking distance to great cafes and restaurants.”

“This is a wonderful option in Bay City. It is centrally located, near great restaurants and very comfortable. I will not stay in a hotel again when I visit Bay City. This property is more comfortable and better priced than the hotels nearby. Do not hesitate to stay here.”

“The host cancelled my reservation on the day of, because he "didn't like my tone" (I asked him for check in instructions). Then he claimed that my credit card was denied and that's why he cancelled, but Vrbo billed me the usual service fee of $20 and my bank confirmed that the card was not denied. Obviously double-booked. Quite rude man, and clearly a place to avoid if you need to count on the reservation being there when you arrive. ”

“We had a great stay, my wife and I treated our son , wife and 2 dogs to a 1 night getaway. Property was ver clean and a beautiful location. Enjoyed just relaxing on the deck and going for a walk to the state park just down the road. We will have to come back a stay longet”
