"A very basic place that I would normally expect to pay far less for. It's a beautiful building in a street full of mansions, but there were only very basic furnishings and no decor. Bed was uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work properly (4-5 times through to get a cup from the Kurig). Limited silverware. Reminds me of the places I used to stay when I could not afford a hotel or a BNB but the price did not reflect the quality."

"It's a nice place"

"Our room was so clean and comfortable! This hotel has the most amazing mattresses. The room and bathroom were spacious. The pool was amazing with palm trees in the middle and little waterfalls. The view of the river was superior. The location is very convenient. We needed an early check-in and they were happy to accommodate that request. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again!!"

"The room was very nice, but the bed was a tad uncomfortable for me. The TV remote wasn't user-friendly. Buttons were not functioning properly. Fridge was great sized! Laundry bag was a nice touch. Hotels.com noted check out at noon. Staff loudly knocked 11:10. Actual check out is 11. So, there's that. I would stay again if visiting Bay City, MI. Close to just about everything."
