"Nice clean room, wonderful stay!"

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV. "

"The property was easy to find and it was near just about any store or restaurant you need. It was definitely budget friendly and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms the most. The front desk agent is the absolute best! I have stayed here my last 2 visits to Saginaw and this is for sure my go to from now on."

"Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him. "

"I was pretty disappointed. I booked a King Suite. I ended up with an handicap accessible room. The bathroom floor and shower were all in one. It looked like a gym room shower with mold. The fridge still had someone’s food in it and there were scratches on the headboard. I went to see if I could change room. The front desk person laughed and said, “Oh you got an accessible room. We don’t have any other rooms available”. Very disappointed. I’ve stayed here in the past when I come to town. Won’t be doing that again. I’ll be reaching out to hotels.com to see about getting a partial refund."

"Overall, it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly pool needs a good clean and the rooms needed dusted a little bit better. Overall, the bed was clean towels were clean. Shower was hot."

"This is an old dated motel. The carpet looked dirty, the shower restroom is old definitely recommend using shower shoes. But with all that the owner is very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, heat/air con works and my pup loved it. If you are looking for an updated, very clean place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a pet friendly motel to just get some sleep in, then this is your go to place. I would stay here again."
