“great experience”

“Great hotel. They are currently doing renovations but this did not affect us on the 2nd floor. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was the water pressure was poor which made for longer shower times. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking lot was well lit. This was our second time to stay here and we would stay again.”

“I was told that I had to make and pay for a room before the lady could let me in. Being a trucker i don’t have the time of energy to go back and forth. I booked through Expedia and she said she saw my reservation. She then opened the door and i giver her my identification. She then proceeded to charge my card again for more than I paid through Expedia along with a incidental hold. I would not have known she did that if my bank didn’t send the notification.
